Talking baseball with Bruno, a guy I just met and he turns out to be a hairstylist at Duque. So I call and make an appointment and get my hair cut. The place is fabulous (my tag along girlfriend says) we both loved it. She had some spa services I got a great cut (finally), my girlfriend buys alot of beautiful stuff. Point is they were great all around. We loved the place and she was very happy that day. So if you want to talk baseball, get a great cut and make your girlfriend happy..call Duque..ask for Bruno and relax a bit. DJ

autumn rocks!

I absolutely love Duque! I've been getting my brows done with Autumn for more than two years and they've never looked better. I get compliments on them all the time. What's even better is that, thanks to Autumn post-wax magic potion, I don't get swollen and red afterwards. Whether your brows need a lot or a little work Duque is your place!

I absolutely love Duque! I've been getting my brows done with Autumn for more than two years and they've never looked better. I get compliments on them all the time. Best for Brows

I have been a client of Autumn Bruno's for over a year and will not let anyone else touch my brows. Simply put, she is THE BEST for brow threading and tinting, not to mention facials. The entire staff is always fun and friendly and the salon experience is a colorful treat from dreary Seattle. My mother came to visit and loved her facial with Autumn. She is still talking about it!

this place is NASTY!

at duque, i received. the WORST haircut of my life! my hair was hideously and poorly cut, damaged (from their strange technique) and absolutely hopeless. so i had to go back, tail between, to my regular stylist and ask him to help me. even he was pressed to say he hadn't seen a worse cut. to add insult to injury, there was complete indifference and unprofessionalism on the part of duque to rectify the problem. so i am out $150 bucks with nothing to show for it. they refuse to even discuss compensation. as if i should be privileged to let them butcher my hair. they do get one award however: nastiest receptionist. congratulations nicky!

Pretentious, Rude and Condescending.

These people obviously want to believe they are cutting edge, but their lack of courtesy and professionalism betrays them.The technicians are more or less competent, but the reception people are rude, and the merchandise, in addition to being wildly overpriced, can only be described as trashy.

Who knew it could be so bad?

Truly awful customer service! Condescending, snotty and rude! Overpriced and the worst cut and color - from the owner!! Dirty bathrooms and stations. I've spent a lot of time in salons across the city and have NEVER had such an awful experience. When I complained (calmly) they argued with me about why i should like what they did, rather than help me fix the problem. I would suggest ANY salon but this.

Robert is fantastic

Ive been going to Robert for my difficult hair for a couple of years now, and I think he's fantastic- he always has great suggestions for what to do, he's never pushy, and he does an amazing job. One of the few places Ive ever gotten a cut where my hair actually still looks good 2 months later!

Bad Service

I didn't even have my treatment, which I had booked for myself and a friend for her christmas present because they botched the reservation and then did not have any time available for the service we originally booked. They did not offer anything to make up for it, other than arrogance.

No one made eye contact and no one took the time to help with finding clothing items, I would suggest going to Olivine or Damsulfly where the sales associates are uplifing and helpful.
