DESCRIPTION
Urbane, fashion-conscious knitters of all skill levels go to this boutique, located in a restored 1920s Queen Anne home, for inspiration, camaraderie and even refuge. The latest knitting design books are displayed on the fireplace mantel, vibrant jewel-toned yarns fill dark fir cupboards in the dining room, and the original farm-style kitchen is dedicated to bright, cheery cottons. Even the kitchen sink is full of yarn. The wide front porch with big rocking chairs and the cozy library with wing-back chairs and bookshelves of reference material encourage knitters to linger as long as they like.
