Bad customer service

I actually opened up an account so I could write this long awaited review. I have been into this store 3 times to consign items and each time there was a different policy on their consigning. First of all they must be on hangers, and there is no exception; not even a just "remember next time". Not to mention a rude attitude to contribute to the experience...so, the next time I went in to shop and had to leave because the girl with the curly dark hair at the front was talking so loud and gossiping for a very long time. It was the most unpleaant shopping experience. I was never greeted or thanked for coming in. I could go on about my third experience with the curly dark hair lady but there is not space. Go consign at Le Frock or elsewhere.
