Owner Jessica Norton shapes your brows paying careful attention to their little individual nuances — "They're sisters, not twins," says the knowing Norton.

Spa Noir has reasonable prices, a pleasing interior, a personable owner, and evening hours that fit anyone's schedule. I highly recommend CJ for brow waxes. The only concern: the neighborhood can be a little scary at night.
