Horrible Experience

There must be a serious disconnect from the ad campains to Gregg's management to the service department. When I moved to the area it appeared that Gregg's was the epicenter of the bike scene - what a false first impression! I have had several bad experiences with both the Greenlake and Bellevue locations. If you want "fast-food" style service you will do better at Performance (much better prices, same lame attitude), otherwise stick with the real professional neighborhood shops. Recycled Cycles has some real mechanics and much better management.
