A Great Experience

The owner, Jonie, is amazing about trying to figure out the best way to manage my sensitive skin. I know that I can make an appointment with any of the staff members, and get consistent care with them all. I have complete trust in them, and would never go anywhere else.

Left with spots on face
Posted by foundationdirector on 06/03/2007
Following a facial at Head to Toe, a number of black spots appeared on my cheeks. The technician speculated that they were dried blood specks left after milia removal, which she thought would "probably" eventually fade. The spa's owner said she could only advise me to wait, literally turning her back on me and asking me to leave her salon when I pleaded for some direction. Nearly two months later, the spots remain and I am working with a dermatologist (at my own expense) to try to eliminate them. The owner has written "...you should have consulted a dermatologist before coming to our shop for the facial." I don't know if this advice is given to every prospective customer, but in light of the potential consequences, it might not be a bad idea. The owner has warned me against "slander or liable (sic)" and directed me to her attorney!

I have been a client at Head to Toe Day Spa for six years. I've experienced several wonderful treatments (manicure, pedicure, massage and other) over the past years and everyone of them has been divine. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the services and products. It's always a joy to walk in, be recognized and relax in the beautiful rooms. I highly recommend this day spa to those wishing to experience a tranquil and wonderful spa treatment.
