The exclamation point is deserved: This is the best local chocolate, in my humble opinion. The family-owned operation currently has two other locations, Mercer Island and downtown Bellevue. Situated right next door to Frenchy's, the large space will offer more decadent chocolate experiences including a hot chocolate bar, chocolate and wine pairing events, and chocolate dipping classes.

Some of Oh! Chocolate's classic and innovative delights include Tiramisu; an uber-dark bittersweet truffle with chocolate liquor and cream; and the Figaro truffle which has a layer of fig paste and cabernet. The chocolate costs about $30 a pound.
