DESCRIPTION

Flamboyant Pretty Parlor proprietress Anna Lange fills her shop with vintage clothing and locally made, independent designs. Never tiring of her pink-on-pink color scheme, Lange's space is covered in fuchsia and bubblegum pink from ceiling to floor. The party princess, dress-up queen, clothing designer and bossa-nova singer (obviously a woman of many talents) had a custom-made runway built along with an amazing weight-bearing chandelier (yes, you can swing from it) for her many fashion shows. You might find girls seated on the bright-pink, sparkly vinyl counter stools chatting about their love life or a potential outfit while you shop.

Along with feminine vintage styles a la Audrey and Jackie O, you'll find a swinging selection of men’s clothing in Manland and local designs by Glam Garb by Gunlis, J. Von Stratton, Angel Eyes, Frocky Jack Morgan, Suzabelle and others. The shop also has its own line, House of Pretty Parlor, for which Anna and her mom Barb revive and revamp vintage garments to flattering dresses, skirts and tops. The duo can also nip and tuck your Parlor picks to fit you for a custom look.
