DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the styles of Alfred Hitchcock's leading ladies, this well-edited shop carries a collection of accessories that pay homage to the poise of Kim Novak in "Vertigo," or the 1950s elegance of Grace Kelly in "Rear Window." This small Madrona boutique is sparely and concisely decorated with a lamp and chair in clear polycarbonate, a small jewelry counter and white display shelves. The look is clean but warm, with the ambiance of a shop straight out of a Hitchcock film.

The boutique's trio of owners has stocked the intimate space with exclusive and custom-made handbags, hats and jewelry, some which are one of a kind. Some of the goods you'll find include Bells and Whistles soft, appliquéd leather clutches ($150), sumptuous Not Rational leather handbags ($355-$575), Lucite wrist cuffs ($88) embellished with vintage and reproduction cameos, and sterling silver skeleton key pendants and bracelets ($98-$148) by Ema Takahashi.

Go ahead and embrace your mysterious leading lady side with these accessories. Maybe you'll attract a Cary Grant type.
