Worse than Horrible

Store owner Rude and Abusive. Bought a defective item and was treated like a criminal when I tried to return it. Ended up contacting mfg. who said "sorry, we have to side with the store owner". Worse retail experience Ever.

Horrible

Electric Bikes Northwest has the WORST customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. They refuse to honor their posted guarantee, they keep sales tax on returned merchandise, they ignore customer phone calls and e-mails and become hostile when you try to get your bike to fit properly. Be warned before doing business with them; they don't know what customer service is.
