Gasoline Alley's Keith Schneider and Liz Cormier describe themselves (on the store's suitably retro Web site) as "purveyors of Cultural Ephemera from the 1880s thru [sic] the 1980s." It's an apt description, but what it doesn't tell you is that the compact Ravenna shop is a treasure trove of random artifacts the likes of which Seattle has precious few -- too few, in our opinion. Want a vintage Mexican Coca-Cola yo-yo? Gasoline Alley has one. A classic "Felix the Cat" alarm clock? Yep. "Gremlins" lunchbox? You get the picture.
