DESCRIPTION

Girls, this is where you can pick up a pair of perfectly faded jeans accented with crystals or golden thread to wear on Saturday night. Bliss owner Neil Silverman wants to have the trendiest denim destination in the neighborhood. He caters to club-goers who wear denim labels Parasuco and Tag — and who don’t mind paying upwards of $200 to do so.

If the bass-driven music at Bliss doesn't get a girl in the mood to go out, then the wispy spaghetti-strap tank tops and strappy heels will. Try on a $305 silk Karanina convertible halter dress that can be worn at least three different ways. To accessorize, check the bargain rack for jewelry like silver-plated hoop earrings marked down as low as $8. Or boost your assets with silicon bra inserts known as Cleavage Cupcakes ($44).

And here’s a bonus at Bliss: It's safe to bring your boyfriend. After eight years in business, the shop added a men's line featuring jeans by Paper Denim & Cloth and 7 For All Mankind. Also for sale are all styles of men's underwear, starting at $12, and graphic T-shirts that range in price from $20 to $150. Fashion-conscious guys should shop here for after-work and weekend wear. T-shirts and zip-up sweaters by Parasuco and Paper Denim & Cloth are casual.

Looking to dress it all up a notch? Venture across the street to Silverman's sister boutique, Dream, where clothes come in more luxurious fabrics and sophisticated styles.

Tip: Bliss provides free alterations on regularly priced items. Frequent shoppers can join the Bliss club for a five percent discount.

Word, kitty -- they have some great stuff here, but it's not cheap by any stretch of the imagination.
