Terrible Service

I was really disappointed in this store. I tried to take a sweater back after two days, and the store owner would only offer store credit. When I explained my partner didn't understand the terms of the sale, she just said (rather smugly) that's the way it is. I was shocked, since I am accustomed to small businesses going the extra effort to create loyal customers. I will never shop here again. I want to use small businesses, but not when they can't compete with the amazing customer service of a store like Nordstroms.
