DESCRIPTION

This downtown boutique is packed with the latest (not to mention tiniest and tightest) urbane fashions from New York and L.A.

Shopping at Sway & Cake feels a little like hanging out in your most fashion-savvy girlfriend's bedroom. There's lots of chatter going on, it seems OK to leave discarded clothes piled in the dressing room, and no one cares if you walk around in your bare feet. And just like real friends, the staff won't hesitate to give you their honest, girl-to-girl opinion on how you look in a tight pair of jeans.

Best boutique in Seattle!5

What can I say other than I love this store. The merchandise is constantly fresh and original, with new shipments coming in constantly. The salesgirls are decidedly down to earth and always welcoming. They remebered me immediately and what I last bought, which wasnt a huge purchase. They seem genuinely nice and have a great working knowledge of all the products. Good sales staff and great product, what more can you ask for!!

What's the fuss2

Boring... I can get their stuff at Nordstrom's . This store doesn't have a cool boutique feel at all. There are better places to shop. Plus, the girls that work there are a bit rude.

Poor Customer Service2
Posted by jlmyers98 on 03/16/2006
I had a great experience shopping here, the sales girl was great when I was spending $400. However, when my $150 jeans ripped after 6 months there was no customer service, even though I had my original receipt. If you sell expensive clothing there should be customer service when the items don't live up to reasonable wear expectations. I will be sticking with Nordstrom from now on, they stand behind the clothing they sell.
