DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES - LACKING INTEGRITY

This business (Erica or Christopher) took the money of a customer, when the employee knew they sold them the wrong jewelry and refused to refund the money or exchange for correct jewelry. Customer tried to correct while there and was refused, now customer is trying to call and gets the cold shoulder, hang up on, or employee laughs at them. What kind of business practice is that!!!! Next step Better Business Bureau.
