DESCRIPTION
It's noisy and it's crowded, but the Matador's positive aspects - strong drinks, a decent Southwestern-themed menu and a friendly bar staff - help to offset its flaws. Happy hour is from 4 to 6 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. until closing, during which times its solid appetizer menu is discounted.
