This is one-stop shopping whether you need a gift for a newborn or to outfit your 7-year-old. On rainy days neighborhood moms take advantage of the treehouse playroom in the store while they shop. Rising Stars also carries gently used maternity clothes in their consignment annex, including designs from Liz Lange, BabyStyle and Gap Maternity.

Tip: Every February the store has a big clearance sale with 20-50 percent off of everything.
