DESCRIPTION

This family-run dumpling house celebrates the culinary traditions of the Shandong Province in China. It's a dining experience that's both utterly satisfying and educational -- you can watch the dumpling process through a window to the kitchen.

REAL JAOZI!!!5

We heard about Fu-Man and wanted to try. This is real Chinese!!! My wife, who is from China, makes the best jaozi (dumplings), but these are the best of any restaurant we have found in Seattle. If you want to experience one of the traditions of North China, Fu-Man is the place.
