Seattle resident Suzy Fairchild has infused her Phinney Ridge shop with a vintage feel; she describes it as “Audrey Hepburn’s closet.” Shoppers will find a mix of contemporary, indie and vintage fashions, including ladies dresses, jackets, lacey skirts, and modern and vintage jewelry. Home décor items include hand-painted pillows, stained glass and handmade chandeliers. A former Nordstrom designer, Fairchild also showcases her handmade bags and purses, fit for every occasion. She makes yoga bags with matching hats, makeup bags, leather bags, evening clutches and everyday bags that use funky, vintage leather belts as straps. “Everything has got a bit of luxe to it,” she says. “It’s luxury you can wear in the day and into the evening.”
