Now occupying Yakima Grill's former space, Red Fin is the hot new kid on the downtown block. The sexy digs serve as the new Hotel Max's resident restaurant and lounge, offering pan-Asian fare and full sushi bar, comprehensive libation menu and a sizzling, red-hot décor.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A very happy hour happens twice daily, from 4-6 p.m. and 10 p.m. - 1 a.m. Bar is open until 2 a.m.

Red Fin's chef/proprietor, Jun Hong, also owns Wasabi Bistro in Belltown, Wasabi Bay in Mill Creek and is a partner in Pioneer Square's Bonzai Bistro.
