Smarty Pants' Troublemaker is one bad mamma-jamwich (it's built, it's stacked)

Troublemaker sandwich

Lara Ferroni

Smarty Pants' Troublemaker is a lusty combination of bacon, chicken, cheese, onions and spicy secret sauce.

Maybe it's the smoky strips of thick-cut bacon or the enormous, juicy chunks of chicken that escape their sandwich confines like a teenager skipping out on curfew. Then again, it could be the gooey jack cheese, heaps of caramelized onions and healthy slather of spicy secret sauce that all melt together to create their own lusty affair. Or perhaps it has something to do with a French roll so huge it redefines the term gluttony. Whatever the reason, the only trouble we see with the Troublemaker sandwich ($8.25) is finding a seat in Georgetown's popular Smarty Pants to wolf it all down.

What do you crave? Which local restaurant makes the sandwich that drives you to distraction? Post a comment below and tell us about it.
