Favorite childrens' art programs?

Last week, I blogged about my emerging interest in the kids' art scene in Seattle, but I think my musing is far less valuable than the input of parents who have done this already. So my question to you, dear parents, is: What has your experience been with art programs for kids in the city? Do you have a favorite studio or medium? I am thinking right now about visual arts, but if you have input about theater, music or dance, I'd love to hear that too. As much as we'd all love to hear rave reviews, it is also always helpful to hear about what hasn't worked out so well.
