Raw Food??
I am interested in other Raw Food Resturants. I am familiar with and enjoy Chaco Canyon and Dalene's but are there others around? Can anyone suggest something in the area?

Post a commentNot sure where it's opening, or when, but online rumor has it that a new place called Sun Raw will be starting up soon in Seattle. Anybody know more than I do?
Natures Pantry has the best raw food bar around. Adam is the chef and his bar is called the House of the Sun. He prepares Lasagna, Racos, Collard Wraps and many other great dishes. All are ready for take out or you can dine in. He makes the best cacao desserts, red pepper curry crackers and granola. Check him out in Downtown Bellevue. 10201 NE 10th St They share the University Bookstore Building. Open 9-7 M-F 10-6 Sat 11-5 Sun
Chaco Canyon Cafe also has raw food. I've never eaten there, it smells a little too 1970s in there for me.

Reviews on Yelp sort of reinforce my suspicions. But I'm willing to try Sun Raw. Just promise me it won't be all sprouts and tahini.
The best raw food is Adam's House of the Sun Raw Food Bar at Nature's Pantry in Bellevue. Adam's food is always fresh and creative. I am amazed at what he can create without cooking! If you want a real treat, sign up for one of Nature's Pantry raw food dinners.
Nature's Pantry RAW BAR is where it’s at. You will forget that you are eating raw food and be left wondering how on earth did he create something so tantalizing!? The food is fresh and sophisticated and the flavor combinations are incredible. I not a raw foodist but was strongly encouraged to try out the Raw Bar at Nature's Pantry, now I can't get enough. They are in Bellevue just across from Nordstrom at Bell Square. It's worth the drive!
