Recommendations for Seattle area restaurants.

I am new at this Blog so bear with me. Two questions:
1. Now that T&T Seafood is questionably because of the distance and the Seven Peppers owners moved to Bellevue, does anyone have a "never fails, can go there anytime" recommendation for a Chinese Restaurant.

2. Can anyone suggest a nice, ladies-type luncheon restaurant in the U.Village, Greenlake, Phinney area. Something other than Queen Mary.

Thanks, Mona

Hi, Mona! I usually go to Honey Court Seafood Restaurant. I like their crispy chow mein, honey walnut prawns, duck, salt and pepper pork chops, and salt and pepper squid. They also have a varied menu of hot pot as well.

Another recommendation is Hing Loon on Weller St.

Good Eating!

Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon on Roosevelt and 90th St. NE is a wonderful Chinese Restaurant in the Maple Leaf neighborhood. The vegetables are always fresh and crisp, and the atmosphere is quaint yet sophisticated. Super tasty and a neighborhood hit for sure.

Sonrisa Modern Mex is a nice place if your ladies like mexican but want someplace nicer than Azteca or something like that. It's on the south end of University Village. Worth checking out.

Zao noodle bar in U village, good asian noodles and salads
Piatti - italian grill, a little pricey, U Village
Black Pearl for Chinese - 35th Ave NE & NE 75th St

DON'T go to ATLAS, in U Village. it is gross and they are rude
