Now occupying Yakima Grill's former space, Red Fin [0] is the hot new kid on the downtown block. The sexy digs serve as the new Hotel Max's [1] resident restaurant and lounge, offering pan-Asian fare and full sushi bar, comprehensive libation menu and a sizzling, red-hot décor.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A very happy hour happens twice daily, from 4-6 p.m. and 10 p.m. - 1 a.m. Bar is open until 2 a.m.
Red Fin's chef/proprietor, Jun Hong, also owns Wasabi Bistro [1] in Belltown, Wasabi Bay [1] in Mill Creek and is a partner in Pioneer Square's Bonzai Bistro [1].
