By Kathy Schultz

Look no further for the perfect white blouse. Called "Viva" by Farinaz Taghavi [1], the local designer has created a feminine shirt that fits all the requirements in the must-have category: The quality and styling are impeccable; it has classic lines with updated details such as a split-back collar, large cuffs, and antique-style shell buttons; and it's so versatile that it looks chic with jeans, sporty when paired with a casual A-line skirt, or elegant with tailored pants and your favorite pumps. Farinaz also designs shirts in a variety of fabrics and styles. $148 in Nordstrom's Individualist department.
