Even if your Jan. 1 to Dec. 30 wardrobe is decidedly conservative (is your black cocktail dress as festive as it gets?), style mavens will likely beg you to try something a little more daring on New Year's Eve.

Though the price ($695) might drain your January (um, and February) budget, the matching statement-making three-strand beaded necklace ($75) won't.
