Skillet's Airstream grounded -- for now

Who would have thought that the saga of a hash-slinging trailer would have more twists and turns than a Talladega night? The latest dispatch from Skillet, the mobile kitchen that serves up superior street food from a restored Airstream, is that the company has temporarily shut down while it waits for a Health Department permit.

If you haven't been following the Skillet story, here's what you need to know: The street-food vendor, which serves freakin' phenomenal hot breakfasts and lunches from various Seattle parking lots, was open [1], then closed [2], then open again [3], then closed again [4].

But owners Josh Anderson and Danny Sizemore say it's just a bump in the road, and (fingers crossed) they're probably right. After all, if the Health Department is willing to keep re-opening the Broadway Jack in the Box [5], how can they possibly put the kibosh on Skillet?
