Give a sweater, save on a sweater at Banana Republic

Now that the days of Cathy Quick Curl and the Easy-Bake Oven are far behind me, it really is more fun to give than to receive during the holidays. But when the chance to give goes hand-in-hand with the opportunity to get, well, how can I help but be excited about that?

Dec. 6 through 12, bring a gently used sweater to any Banana Republic [0] store and you'll get a 30 percent discount on any regular-price sweater (except for 100 percent cashmere). Banana Republic will donate the used sweaters to Goodwill [1], who will then sell them in their retail stores [1] throughout the United States.

Goodwill provides job training to hundreds of thousands of people each year, so your little ol' sweater could help someone in need land their dream job. Now that's a gift that really means something.
