Melt away the workday blues with tender ahi at Dragonfish

Happy hour at Dragonfish Asian Cafe [0] has long been a magnet for downtown workers looking for a cure for the 9-to-5 blues. The $2 sushi half-rolls and $3 cocktails get most of the press, but it's the delicate little cubes of ahi bathed in a light soy and sesame sauce, and flecked with fresh little sprigs of cilantro and chives, that really get us smiling (just $3.95 at happy hour, regularly $8.95). The supple tuna creation sits atop a bed of wakame that has none of that overpowering seaweedy taste. The crisp, sesame-encrusted wonton chip perched alongside is a perfect little scoop to lift every last bit of tender fish into our mouths, where it melts into buttery nothingness, taking the rest of our day with it.
