Even in Seattle, where Crocs [1] line front porches like pockmarked little rubber trolls, "Sex and the City [2]" made Manolo Blahnik [3] a household name.
But let's be serious, very few Seattle women actually wear them, preferring instead to, oh, I don't know, eat, pay the mortgage, send their kids to college. But offer them a free pair, and I bet they'll kick those Crocs to the curb faster than you can say "Charlotte York MacDougal Rosenblatt."
Through June 13, visit Julep Nail Parlor [3] downtown or near University Village for any pedicure and enter a raffle to win a pair of fabulous Manolo Blahniks and four tickets to the "Sex and the City [4]" movie. Visit after 5 p.m., and tickle your funny bone with classic episodes of the show on the salon's flat-screen TVs.
And if you don't win the Manolos? No worries. Crocs now makes flip-flops and sandals, so you can still show off your newly polished toes.
