Woodland Park Zoo offers a free child's admission and closes Zoomazium for two days of maintenance

Zoomazium's busiest months are quickly approaching, as families seek spots to hide from raindrops. So the Woodland Park Zoo's Zoomazium will close tomorrow and Wednesday (Nov. 12 and 13) for some mini-maintenance. The indoor nature play space will reopen Nov. 14 for regular zoo winter hours, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

In the meantime, pack an umbrella to wander between the alternatives. You can feed birds at Willawong Station, warm up in the Tropical Rain Forest and get the creepy-crawlies in the Bug World exhibit. And right now, a coupon for a free child’s admission with a paying adult is available on www.zoo.org [1] under “What’s new @ the zoo.”
