I’ve reported a lot of higher end stores opening lately, so I'm happy to announce the opening of one that will carry more affordable items.

Jody Dyer, owner of Blackbird Tees [1], is opening Flock [2], a brick-and-mortar store after a year of selling her handprinted T-shirts at the Fremont Market.

According to their blog, along with their T-shirts (which retail for $20) Flock will also carry jewelry and accessories by local designers.

Flock is located at 7305 Linden Avenue North in Green Lake, 206-792-9445.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday 12:00 – 6:00 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
