It's teeny, it's Tiki and until last year it couldn't serve hard liquor. But if the working stiffs of Seattle could be said to love anything unconditionally, it's an underdog. The Lava Lounge serves good, strong drinks, has a devil-may-care atmosphere and a kick-ass jukebox, which may be what makes it the big dog in your book.
