Rudy's Barbershop cuts hair. It cuts hair short, leaves it long in the back or shaves it to within a quarter-inch of the scalp. That's pretty much all Rudy's does, and it does it well. Oh, and some locations sell concert tickets, but if the staff's busy cutting hair, you'll have to sit tight. Some things are too important to be rushed.
