Cinerama
Seattle Cinerama is one of only three theaters in the world that's capable of showing the handful of films —' "How The West Was Won" among them — that were shot in the defunct three-strip Cinerama process. Needless to say, with its 30-foot-high screen, Cinerama is the only place in town to see special-effects-rich blockbuster movies.

You also mentioned...

The Central City Cinema, the Admiral Theater, the Oak Tree and — bafflingly — the Meridian 16, which shows the occasional movie after all its commercials.
