No surprises here. Vancouver, British Columbia, has it all: cool old buildings, savory ethnic dining, great shopping, sandy beaches, wonderful nightlife and it's surrounded by snow-capped mountains. The question isn't so much "why would you want to go to Vancouver," but "why aren't you there right now?" And why aren't we, for that matter?
