Dixie's BBQ Home to "The Man" — a sauce so incredibly hot that only a hale and hearty few can sample more than a dab or two — Dixie's is, for many NWsource readers, the center of the barbecue universe. Dixie's pork rib and beef ribs and brisket are the stuff of local legend, and it's rare indeed to find this Bellevue staple without a huge lunchtime crowd patiently waiting for the good stuff.
