The view from the outdoor deck of Salty's On Alki isn't merely a good view of Seattle's skyline, but perhaps the definitive view. Virtually the entire city is spread out before you, from the Space Needle to the stadiums. Sunlight dances on the waters of the Sound; periodically, an arriving water taxi breaks your reverie. This is the dining equivalent of an out-of-body experience.
