Yoga or pilates studio
Hot Yoga of Laurelhurst There must be some serious yoga lovers out there. Bikram, or "hot" yoga, is intense. It requires a room heated to upwards of 100 degrees Fahrenheit (the heat loosens the muscles), a lot of before-yoga hydration (you'll sweat most of it out) and a large bath towel (see the aforementioned bit about sweating). Hot Yoga of Laurelhurst offers courses in both Bikram and Power Vinyasa yoga, as well as massages and facials. Looks like just the thing for cool, rainy Northwest days.
