Oslo's in Queen Anne goes the extra mile. Not only does it have an old-fashioned
barber pole and a barber who provides straight-edge shaves, the shop also
doubles as a hip men's boutique. Your guy can get a hair-cut and shop for new
clothes in one trip. Owner John McDowell opened the store this year and named it
after his dog, which can often be found nearby.
