This is one of our favorite categories, and judging from the amount of votes received, it's one of yours, too. This year, Capitol Hill favorite the Crescent Lounge snatched victory from a crowded field that included such heavy hitters as Shorty's Coney Island and the Nite Lite. Was it the karaoke that put the Crescent over the top? The Christmas lights laid indifferently over wood-grain Formica? It probably doesn't matter. All hail the new king of dives! We'll see you there.
