While not a bakery in the strictest sense -- chefs here don't bake their own bread -- West Seattle's eats market café does serve up fresh-baked pastries, scones, cakes and cookies.
Considering co-owner Toby Matasar's pedigree -- she was formerly the executive
pastry chef for Tom Douglas' Seattle restaurants -- readers are more than willing
