Your favorite Barbecue joint:

The Bourbon & Barbeque Grill

Chef Cortland Inge's cola-marinated ribs are just one reason his Bourbon & Barbeque Grill is tops. The pulled pork, beef brisket and barbecued chicken all score triple "T's" -- tangy, tender and to-die-for. Traditional sides like coleslaw, beans and rice are perfect compliments to the Alabama-style 'que. But the special house cornbread is in a category of divine all by its lonesome and the top secret sausage may be the finest fate any doomed swine could aspire to. Seriously. It all goes down nicely with a choice selection of the namesake beverage.
