Your favorite Chinese:
Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon
BARRY WONG / THE SEATTLE TIMES
While some readers disagree as to the "authenticity" of the Dragon's cuisine,
you keep going back and voting for it, nonetheless. The menu is nearly as long
as the Great Wall, running the gamut from pot stickers, clay pot stews, crispy
tea-smoked duck, and mu-shu dishes to pork-filled jiaozi (dumplings). The
Dragon's been a Maple Leaf staple for a decade now, and with a repeat win in
this category, its fire is far from going out.
