We find it both appropriate and somewhat ironic that Frites takes the french fries category for a second straight year. After all, what's in a name? But the frites, uh, fries at this Capitol Hill spot aren't French, they're Belgian. Two trips through the fryer make them crispy golden on the outside, tender and chewy on the inside.
