In something of an upset, Bengal Tiger roundly vanquished Cedars Restaurant -- last year's decisive winner in this category. We may well deduce that the restaurant's deliciously varied menu -- which includes such East Indian delicacies as cod in fresh spinach curry, or coconut and cilantro -- could be what helped the place over the top. The tandoori quail, mango-marinated baby back ribs, and dessert rasmalai also look pretty darn tempting.
