Hot Maple Leaf upstart The Jones has scored a surprising win in this category, upsetting such popular favorites as The Tasting Room and last year's winner, Portalis. Of course, when one realizes how reasonably priced The Jones' solid wine selection is -- it rarely tops $30 a bottle -- and when one gets a look at the delectable bistro menu that can accompany a glass of the grape, it doesn't seem like such a surprise, after all.
