Maybe it's the premium Valrhona cocoa in four varieties of chocolate cupcakes. Maybe it's the sweet-cream butter, hormone-free dairy products and free-range eggs that owner Jennifer Shea insists on using. Or maybe it's the dizzying selection of cupcake flavors that rotate on a daily basis: red velvet, carrot, lemon, green tea, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter and jelly, to name a few.
