This West Seattle brewpub is a beer lover's oasis -- ideal for boisterous happy hours or relaxed Sunday-afternoon quaffs. The pub menu is top notch, with a great selection of delicious sandwiches, burgers and salads. The staff is attentive and friendly, and more than happy to make or take suggestions. And needless to say, Elliott Bay's beers are among the city's best -- and you've got more than a dozen taps to choose from. We haven't checked out the new Burien location yet, but if it's even half as good as the original, expect to see Elliott Bay Brewery in this space again next year.
